Friday, Friday, Friday! Kinda figures Ant is scared of heights. He is scared of pretty much everything else.. Trees, water, birthday cards, margarine, butterfly’s, the list just goes on and on…

“Why hello Naugus, fancy running into you up here.” Honestly I would have thought Antoine would have jumped into Sonic’s arms at the sound of Naugus’s voice. 😀 Of course they both look really scared (and cute too).
As to who the mysterious person is. I think its Mama Robotnik, come to see what happened to her darling sonny boy. lol. Honestly I couldn’t even begin to guess. It really looks like one of Organization 13, but I somehow doubt the Nobodies are invading. Here’s hoping the actual reveal is soon though, the suspense is killing me.
Maybe it’s Knuckles. MAYBE. What he’d be doing in a Dark Legion style robe, I have no idea, but he’d need SOME disguise to keep the fanbase from instantly recognizing him.
That, or maybe Lazaar, come to keep Naugus out of trouble… or Lazaar’s Guardian… or maybe one of the Mandaaras… or maybe Ben Hurst about to attempt a Ken Penders on this comic. (Naaaw, Hurst has gotta be smarter than that — HE wouldn’t try to pull a “Pendgame” on us!)
Maybe I’d get a hint if I actually read the beginning of the comic again…

Question: if Ant is scared of heights then how come we saw him sleeping soundly in that guard tower/tree in the episode, “Doomsday”?
Probably because a 40 foot guard tower is different then a 100 foot or better building
@ Paul: be a kill joy, anythings possible, maybe one of the people decied ‘what the heck let’s throw a twist in there’ and Queen Aleena would be in there, sure it’s kind of werid but anything is possible

The shape of the figure looks kinda like Espio, but, unless he plays a different role in this comic, it probably isn’t him.

If we’re talking about Chaos Emeralds, I’d say the cloaked figure is either Knuckles or Tikal. My only reservation with Tikal is that she’s probably way too new of a character… Hmm…
doesn’t knuckles have a snout face? and we can partly see the persons face. so it isn’t Tikal or Knuckles…
Queen Alena would barely make sense, except for a plot twist.

@ Sonicblur13’s last request, that would be kind of epic, super sonic verses the most powerfulest wizard, well, i think… yeah Naugus says to be the powerfulest. that would be EPIC, i would love reading it, and maybe that will make my older brother a fan of sonic two 🙂 that would be alsome, just like the old days.

Probably Knuckles but yeah I said before that the snout isn’t pointed enough for it, but that’s no guarantee that its not. Its slightly out of character for him to be out here in a cliche robe to hide the figure but who cares?
If its not knuckles the most likely next contenders would be: ( at least in my mind)
Espio (lack of a nose and plenty of space under the hood for a horn)
Jules (Sonic’s dad – I hope not to be honest)

I honestly think the hooded figure is Knuckles, given the current state of the comic’s arc thusfar. Being that the story is about Chaos Emeralds and the like, this assertion isn’t too far from being plausible. The look is off for Knuckles these days, but people have to remember that this comic is styled after Sonic SatAM, where the characters are a little more squat and stout. Sure Knux still had the snout nose type, but artistic liberties have been taken with other characters before (Great job on Nagus guys), And while we’re on the subject…

Given what the hooded figure seems to know, all I can say for certain is that it’s gotta be someone with a connection to the Chaos Emeralds of some kind. I again, submit the guardian for your approval…

dark sonic could fit in. i know you guys, well not really but, your going to have something bad happen to tails, i can just tell with you, with sonic filled with pure anger he turns dark sonic and kicks ass. you have to admit he might fit, for a part or two in the comic but it’s something to think about.
I have no idea who Dark Sonic is really. As far as something happening to Tails… I doubt it. As much as I would love to do that to bug everyone..It wouldn’t work well. For one Gojira would be all “I’m not writing that into my script!” But thats the least of my problems.. Salamander would end up coming out and getting mad at me. She gets mad at me enough for breaking FUS, or breaking the Sea3on page like I did a few weeks ago.. I really don’t need her getting mad at me for more things. So killing Tails off… Well.. It could still happen. I do have some pull still >:D
It’s all in the hands of our Writer (God help us all). But, keep the suggestions and comments coming fellas, It’s always good to read what our readers are thinking about the comic. Unless you think it sucks. Then you can use silent contemplation for that one. 😉

I’ll be honest with you. I’m probably the only Sonic site owner that doesn’t like Sonic. I liked SatAM as a kid, still like it. But thats because of everything going on in it. As far as Sonic himself is concerned.. WORST CHARACTER EVER. The last thing I want to do is see more bloody forms of the worst character ever. Its like taking a piece of dog crap and putting a smile face sticker on it. It might be better, even funny maybe. But in the long run, its still a piece of dog turd.
As for SatAM.. I like the plot it had, I like the other characters, hell Ive even read a Archie comic or two and liked that. I just don’t like Sonic.

Whoa.. a SatAM fan who hates the character Sonic…
For a while, I liked the Mobian universe, but didn’t like Sonic himself… I thought the guy was a spiny jerk. The one I’d really liked was Tails and, later, Antoine (despite the extremely unflattering Wikipedia article about him at that time and the fact that Ian Flynn hadn’t yet made the character “likeable” the way he did in the Archie comics). I wanted to see Antoine hoist Sonic on his own leotard (um, petard, actually, but hey, this is how Ant would have worded it).
