HOLY CRUD- COLOR
Here’s page 25 and stupid panel 4 and it’s stupidness.
… Just to clarify, I think the shot came out pretty good, it was just… I had no idea how to tackle this one at first, and it was actually one of the last things I did- Same goes for the colored lighting- stuff I haven’t tried yet.
In short, this is, suprisingly, one of the big reasons I took some extra time here… and it’s also been keeping me away from Duck Tales Remastered! STUPID PANEL 4 OF STUPIDEDNESS
See you guys next page. Now excuse me, while I finally get a chance to open up a little bit of nostalgia…

And so we get our first view of all seven Chaos Emeralds, and boy, do they look familiar: The Deep Power Stones, the Time Stone, Lazar’s Spell Computer, and the wind crystal from last chapter.
I wonder why there are 8 Wonders of Mobius displayed in Panel 4.
@Skotty How do you mean that? In the white center of the 4th panel stands Queen Nicole and the Time Stones count as one wonder, I guess.
Awesome panel. 😀 You outright outdid yourself on this! The smooth colours match up perfectly with the sepia.
Also, Duck Tales used to be my favourite show when I was a kid, along with Chip’n’Dale Rescue Rangers. Still damn proud to have all 100 episodes on home-taped VHS cassettes ^_^
Interesting…but one question: early on, when we see that Naugus is working with Snivelly, and we hear him first speak of the Chaos Emeralds…the vision that shows up in the wizard’s eye shows the actual Chaos Emeralds — or at least, the diamond-cut green ones that (apparently) used to be common on the planet in the comic books. How is that going to be explained?

She looks like she’s looking upon something in the last panel… maybe she’s looking at the Chaos Emeralds as we know them…

Are all the weird crystal objects from the show just going to come from the same mysterious civilization? I hope the writer has a decent explanation.

… 2 days… I’ve known this place has existed for two days and around work I’ve read every strip… I’m not sure if I should thank you repeatedly or ask you why I didn’t notice the sun had set 😛
I noticed how in chapter one that Naugus said that the deep power stones where weaker than the Chaos emeralds. Then that would point to the fact the stones are NOT two of the emeralds, just two other powerful artifacts.
I have figured which Emeralds go to which element if anyone wants to know
