I don’t know why. But when I see Dirk I think of Master Ox from Kung Fu Panda. As for the Bear that I don’t know the name of, he reminds me of Oogway because of how laid back he acts. I like the Bear dude for that reason. And to be honest if Sally was to step down as leader I could see the Bear dude better then I could Dirk. Just because Dirk, yes he’s strong, but strength must be balanced with compassion for those in need and to be able to push on no matter how rough things get.
HC, I’m guessing that Dirk, while very confident in his own team, knows that he wouldn’t be able to out-perform Sally as a leader. He’s likely just bitter about his loses and jealous of her success, so he’s decided to blame her for everything that’s gone wrong along the way.
I’m more worried that Dirk will do something VERY stupid in the near future, and end up causing a bigger problem himself.
When I see Pollo say “… Take care of business?” I think of the song, Taking care of business. Where they doing that on purpose or is it just like that because its like that.

Is Sally meant to look like she has a massive bruise on her side.
I think that’s just a shadow from her vest. Although she seems to have a bag under her eye from lack of sleep.
