OKay so…We were dead for a very long time. There were plenty of reasons behind this..But lets just say we are trying to get everything rolling again. Originally I was hoping to start pushing out new pages in January or latest February..But it has taken some time to get use to doing things again. Especially for our artists. Tim had to semi teach himself how to draw this style again. And Stephen had to basically learn to colour again. And I just had to stop being lazy and start organizing things again. After being a slacker when it comes to S3 and FUS for the last bit.. Reasons for some of that is just life.
My daughter is turning 10 in another week (Ugh Im old). She is turning into a little artist herself. Constantly drawing and reading comics. So..Watching all that recently really made me want to get this going again.
Ive also had some help with some other friends in regards to getting this on its feet. You know who you are if you are reading this.
Anyways so this is obviously not a completed page…We do have completed pages done but Im waiting for a bit larger backlog before we start pushing those out. Will hopefully prevent future delays. ALSO…Due to Tim working on another comic, and some other things are are going to push chapter 7 out in a bi weekly format. Im not sure what day we are going to publish on…Be either a Monday or a Friday. That stuff will come later.
Anyways, here is a page 1 teaser for you lot.

Must have taken a defibrillator unit hooked up to a power station to jumpstart this again, considering how long it’s been gone.

Yes, there’s an update. Chief posted this in the Shoutbox recently:
“Its coming. Have a few pages fully done now. Again just trying to make a large enough backlog.”
“Stephen had some issues with different tablets. But he is back going on it”
Depending on Chief’s schedule, pages may start coming in a few weeks.
Yeah, everything is coming along. I’m just getting back in the swing of things, (a.k.a work is wearing me out and I’m coloring for the first time in ages). Tim is doing a fantastic job with the lineart, I’m just holding the pages hostage trying to remember how everything works again in the color department.

Yeah somewhat. I also was wondering if you the voices of the characters or have other people do the voices of the characters while doing it or is it not like that at all which is fine.

I’ve read through your work and noticed something: Your group has the talent and organization to get this on Television. I would recommend finishing season three and pitching the idea to DHX Media Ltd., as they are the successor to DiC entertainment. As for approval, Sega would likely agree to this, seeing as how open they are to fan projects now, and it would certainly attract the attention of the former DiC employees that are still with us to finish what they started. Take this idea the next step. As a comic, it is a master piece of its own right, but as the true continuation in TV format, it would be something more.

Well now the Archie comics are dead officially ;_; Nothing really left to get tha Sonic fix now except for waiting for the new games and Boom… I already miss the SatAM characters ;;;;;_____;;;;;
This is truly a sad time. Sega has proven their stupidity time after time. This is by far their most incompetent decision. Sonic may have been created by them, but he doesn’t deserve Sega!
I hope you guys can continue the comic soon. Also news is that IDW is doing the Sonic comics in 2018.

Sigh…. think I officially give up checking here. It was good while it lasted. Here’s hoping IDW can fill the void and Sega actually allows use of the now seemingly taboo SatAM characters
I’m really sorry about the delay everyone.
The main reason I had to leave Sea3on was because I didn’t have time for it.
This summer was rocky, to say the least. I’m currently a janitor, and for a few months I had to pull extra time and cover for my co-worker who had to cover another building. I wouldn’t get done until 1 or 2 in the morning.
Then, adding to that, my family bought a house and that meant a whole lot of work. Packing stuff, donating stuff, trashing stuff, loading stuff, unloading stuff, cleaning the apartment, cleaning the new house, replacing furnature… Let’s just say, I’ve been a little busy.
Ultimately, both Chief and I knew this wasn’t going to work and I opted out of this comic. Let’s face it guys, I’m unreliable and I was just making myself miserable trying to please everyone.
The comic isn’t dead, though. More like on hold. Tim got some stuff done, and when the new crew is set up you guys will love ’em.
Thanks for sticking with us, and thanks for putting up with me all these years. Seriously, I’m awful and you guys deserve medals.

Don’t beat yourself up, Saber. Committing to a demanding, time-intensive project like this in exchange for little income is no small task, and you fared far better than I would have in your shoes.
While I’m looking forward to the comic at last getting back on track, I’m sad to see you go. You’ve got a ton of artistic talent, and it was rewarding to watch your style develop and improve over the years. Your character expressions in particular were standouts, vividly capturing emotions and managing to be everything from hilarious to tear-inducing.
This has been a great fancomic so far. Would love to see more of it, but if not, it was still a blast while it lasted
Will Antoine ever pull a Big Damn Heroes moment (as seen on TV Tropes)? Because I’d love to see him actually do something useful in some form of the SatAM continuity (and no, the comics don’t count.)
