So for all you yanks it was Thanksgiving yesterday. I had mine back in October because I’m Canadian but.. Not everyone can be perfect like us. But because its Friday now its Black Friday! Sounds spooky? Well it should be. Its the annual time of year where Americans go crazy and kill people for deals at stores! If you are visiting America this season, stay away from stores! Its crazy, some old lady will hit you with a cane and you will be trampled to death.
Alright, onto the comic. Here we see the evil Bunnie robot. Or is it evil? Honestly, I think it just wants some tea and to discuss the important things in life. Perhaps have some cookies too. Everyone loves cookies. I’m not really sure what to say about this page other then that. Well.. I really should get looking into the third chapter seeing as we start in in another 3 weeks. Holy crap, lots to do! Hmm… Who wants to take bets that the robot really just wants friends? Robots can be nice.
News! Nothing! Boring! Even TSSZ has been boring me with their news. Not that they ever overly excited me but I kinda got bored with their Sonic Colours hard on.

I thought the story would come this way, but not how good would robot Bunnie look.
And……thunder lightning strikes, right on cue. Great short Glitcher. I personally think the robot might be friendly, considering it was made from the freedom fighter’s machine, not robotniks.
Having far more utility, Mecha Death Bunnie will replace boring, weak Bunnie as the FF’s muscle.

You advice really doesn’t work if you happen to work at one of these retail stores… Oh the horror stories I could tell you.
Robo-Bunnie looks cool, all wicked and stuff. Why does Chuck look so tame in comparison I wonder? Of course now we’re left to wonder if whatever controls Robotnik has on his worker-bots are now gonna activate. If that happens, does it really matter if Robo-Buns is good or not?
You know, this could actually fix the whole Rotor-Bunnie-Antoine love triangle that tends to appear.

There shouldn’t have been any lightning at all. At least not on the original script. I thought the comic would work better on a stormy night to fit the scene. The script described Rotor flipping a switch to shut down the deroboticizer and Rabbot (the evil twin) being revealed immediately, but I felt that setup lacked suspense. I changed it to an explosion and hid Rabbot for a few panels before the final scare. The layout is a bit unbalanced, but John insisted on keeping a title splash on the third page. With a 20/20 hindsight, I might also have removed the dialogue about “two signatures” on the last page to stop people guessing Bunnie’s fate. One thing writers and comic artists should always remember is to never underestimate the reader.

Uncle Chuck had red eyes and other vicious aspects, but he still retained his free will for the most part, so don’t act like the robot is undoubtedly an evil character.
Didn’t Sonic use a power ring to restore Uncle Chuck’s free-will?

@asher tye no he used a deroboticizer but the affects were only temporary so he turned back but retained his free will
In season 1 he they did use the power ring SonicBlur. The results made Chuck have free will but just for that episode. Again in my link just above your post you can watch the full episode with commentary.

Hey, Jeremy Acorn! I know you. You’re the guy who endeavored to complete Rina Cat’s comic “When a Bunnie Meets a Bunnie”. That comic was a big inspiration for me many years ago and I have all the pages saved to my hard drive – both yours and Rina’s. How is that coming along for you? It’s been a month since you last updated.
It would be nice to see a major fan project give Bunnie+Rotor a try for once(the Antoine+Bunnie pairing has been jammed down our throats thousands of times and hasn’t once come even close to having any sort of spark or chemistry and I can say with confidence at this point that it never will)besides Bunnie was always close to Rotor and treated Ant’ like a pesky little brother in the satam series anyways. This comic is showing promise in that regard but I’m not getting my hopes up…..Don’t mind me by the way, I’m just a cynical season one fan.
