Yay! I’d always imagined all the Freedom Fighters’ families must have been close with the royal family if as kids they were in the care of the royal nanny. So excited to see where this is going!
This is gonna sound really (and I mean really) weird, but I’d say Michael Gambon. Why? Because of a weird though connection of thoughts. Be prepared!
Gojira’s comment reminded me of Beast from the X-Men. I remembered his Spanish dubbed version, which is the one I used to watch on TV (I’ve watched a few episodes of Spider-Man and Batman in English, but not X-Men). Then I thought that his voice sounded really similar (although they’re not the same, I checked) to the actor who voices Albus Dumbledore in the Harry Potter films (both Harris and Gambon). And since Harris passed away… I thought about Gambon.
Now you can kill me.
About the page itself, is the inking thinner this time? The drawings are awesome, as usual, and the writing, so far, is being a nice flashback.
Is Bartholomew Walrus Rotor’s father or grandfather? Considering all the Freedom Fighters are the same age, more or less, except for Tails, I bet he’s his grandfather, since he’s too old to be his father in a time Rotor hadn’t been conceived/born yet.
I didn’t notice it until last week, but doesn’t King Max seem younger? The time period of this setting must be some years (possibly 10 years) before the coup.
So, let’s do our connection list so far:
Rotor’s grandfather (?) is Queen Nicole’s teacher, Sonic’s uncle is a knight/scientist, Antoine’s family works for (what I assume) a private army for the Royal Family, and Sally…well, she’s obvious. So where do Bunnie and Tails fit in?
Oh man Nicole does not look happy with Julian’s statement in the first pannel. Here with have yet another character introduced Batholomew, he’d have to be Rotor Grandfather or something right?
I really can’t wait to see exactly where this is going, also I liked how you called up history and it’s importance. I agree full heartedly with the sentiments that Queen Nicole has on it.
No offense, but the drawing of angry Nicole just looks… stupid to say the least. I have nothing against you, guy who drew her, but it just looks terrible.

Can you draw a better facial expression for Nicole?
I doubt it.
Her expression is similar to one that I’ve seen on Sally before.
Besides, it’s obvious that Nicole doesn’t like Julian. I think they did a wonderful job with her expression.

I can’t wait to find out who these War Claws are. And I’m really wanting to see Robotnik’s past. I hope that gets revealed sometime.
